While Flash CS6 doesn't have a one-click dark theme, you can manually adjust some interface preferences:
Launch Adobe Flash CS6. Go to Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Flash > Preferences (Mac).
Go to the top menu and select (Windows) or Flash (macOS). Click on Preferences . Select the General category from the left-hand menu. Look for the User Interface Brightness slider.
