The climax of Episode 88 occurs in Agastya’s private study. Pakhi, momentarily feigning submission, manages to snatch Agastya’s phone and dials a distress signal to Kabir. However, in a twist, Agastya reveals he allowed the call. The final shot shows Agastya unlocking a hidden basement door, behind which a bound and gagged Ishani (presumed dead) is revealed to be alive. Agastya whispers to Pakhi’s phone: “Now guess, my love… is your memory lying, or are your eyes?”
