Format your USB drive to FAT32 on your computer.

If you see "Generic Device Error," you may need to perform a "Nand Format" as described in the Korg Forums .

: Check the Korg website for any updates to the Pa2X Pro's operating system and install them according to the provided instructions.

If a standard reset doesn't work, you may need to "format" the device and reinstall the Operating System (OS) and Factory Resources.

While continuing to hold , turn the power switch back ON .

Notes. *This procedure will reset the Pa2X to its original factory status. Load the "Format" file as first, than the "Os_Res_vXXX" KORG (USA) Korg PA2X Pro Factory Reset and Troubleshooting Guide

This is the safest way to reset the system settings without using "hidden" boot commands.

Once both files are loaded successfully, turn the keyboard off and then on again.

Sometimes the Pa2X prefers older or lower-capacity USB sticks (under 16GB).

For a simpler, less intrusive reset that preserves the OS, you can load a .BKP file directly.

Keep holding the buttons until the display screen shows a loading bar or reads or "System Initializing."

For a complete return to "out-of-the-box" factory status, you must re-install the system files from a USB drive.
