Check the published version number against the current version on your TV (found under Settings > System > About ). If the web version is newer, download the .zip file.

: You can often see your current software version by entering 1 2 3 6 5 4 on your remote while watching TV.

Server traffic or local network fluctuations can cause over-the-air updates to fail. Restart your internet router, power cycle your TV by unplugging it for two minutes, and attempt the update again. If it continues to fail, switch to the manual USB method.

Disconnect the TV from the power outlet for 2–5 minutes, then reconnect and try again.

Insert the USB drive into the USB port on your Philips TV.
