The second season kicks off in an entirely new setting. Following their obsession with Uma Boudi in Season 1, the "Thakurpos" (brothers-in-law/neighborhood boys) find themselves sent to a strict rehabilitation center to cure their "Boudi-baji" (obsession with sister-in-laws).

Music was a key promotional element for Season 2. The makers released a promotional song titled to introduce Monalisa's character. The peppy track was sung by Trissha Chatterjee and Tapas Dhar, with a rap section by actor Saurav Das , and was composed by Amlaan Chakrabarti. The song's music video, depicting a saree-clad Jhuma Boudi captivating a group of mesmerized men on her arrival in Kolkata, became a viral hit and effectively set the tone for the season.
The facility is run with an iron fist by a misogynistic administrator named Chorda, played by Rudranil Ghosh. However, the disciplines of the rehab completely shatter when the beautiful and vivacious enters the premises. Along with two new bachelors named Gandu and Chuchundar, the boys instantly fall under her charm, leading to a hilarious battle of wits between the lovesick bachelors and a desperate Chorda.
